As part of our full service, we will handle the purchase at a Sheriff’s Sale on behalf of the junior as well as the senior loan holder. Our service in this capacity includes bidding on the property, monitoring the confirmation of sale, submitting certified funds to the Clerk of Courts and recording the Sheriff’s Deed conveying the property to the successful purchaser.
